All funds handled for the property will be done with a reputable Title Company or Attorney. Title reviews, closing document preparation, all paperwork is done by our team and is provided to you prior to closing.
We carefully research the property to make sure everything is in order. This includes checking the property’s records and making sure we can get insurance for the property’s title. If we find any issues that could cause problems, we fix them. Usually, it takes us 30 to 60 days to finish our deals from when we sign the purchase agreement. But usually, we finish much sooner than that. We also work with Title Companies, who handle the closing process. Sometimes, the Title Companies are busy, which can cause delays.
Once we go through all of the research, we are then able to safely close on the conditions that we promised in the contract. The closing agent will issue all closing documents to you for review and once approved, they will arrange a date and time that suits all parties to close for you. This can be done either in person or via a Mobile Notary, whichever you choose.
